Speaker Pam Stenzel will be giving a presentation at the TACC on Sunday, October 6th titled "No One Told Me - The Hidden Epidemic"
Please invite and bring teens and youth groups 7th grade and above, Health Care Workers, Teachers, Coaches, Community Leaders, Parents, Grandparents, and churches to the National Guard TACC in Montevideo to hear her message.
The youth will be kicking off our fundraising with wreaths in October. Â We will be selling after church starting October 6 in the Narthex. Â If we miss you after church, you can contact any youth member or Liz T.

Traditionally celebrated the first Sunday in October, Lutheran Women in Mission Sunday can be celebrated any time.
This year's Lutheran Women in Mission Sunday theme is "Ready to Serve" based on Luke 1:38. Â As redeemed children of God, Lutheran Women in Mission give thanks for the opportunity to serve others as we have been served, to proclaim that Jesus is our Lord and that He camd for all nations, and to respond with our mite offerings to support God's mission. Â Our example has been the widow and her mites. Â The offering she made was observed by our Lord leading Him to share that her copper coins, her mites, were "everything she had, all she had to live on" (Mark 12: 43) Â May our mite offerings be blessed for our Lord's kingdom.
